Founded by Eiman Nosrati, a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Vehicle Assessment Signatory Scheme (VASS) engineer and a National Engineering Register (NER) professional, Eiman built ModiCert on a strong foundation of technical excellence, regulatory knowledge, and a deep commitment to road safety.
Our Founder’s Journey
Eiman’s engineering career began in 1998 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. His early work in vehicle body design standards ignited his passion for regulatory frameworks, a foundation that would later define his career.
In 2012, he transitioned from the light vehicle industry to the heavy vehicle field, taking on key design, manufacturing, and compliance roles at some of Australia’s most respected companies. Through hands-on experience in heavy vehicle design and manufacturing, Eiman developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s engineering challenges and regulatory demands.
Beyond technical expertise, Eiman has made a lasting impact on industry regulations and road safety. As a member of the Standards Australia Committee, he actively contributes to revising critical safety standards.
